Using lavender hydrosol in particular will certainly make the most of your bathing experience
It smells wonderful, has a potent relaxing effect that helps relieve stress, and soothe tense muscles and provides a higher level of moisture to your skin than the average bath foam.
Lavender hydrosol is also known as lavender linen water, floral water, lavender mist or lavender spray.
Producing lavender hydrosol is part of the essential oil distillation process. Water and steam are pushed around and through the plant material, which captures the steam and essential oil. The two are separated out later on, which results in the production of pure lavender hydrosol – a nice-smelling, multi-purpose water with all of the properties of the plant it has been extracted from.
The two main ingredients of Epsom salt are magnesium and sulfate. It is believed that the combination of both ingredients stimulates detoxification pathways.
The magnesium helps promote muscle relaxation, to loosen your achy, tight problem areas.
Internally, as your muscles soak in the solution, your blood vessels dilate, releasing some of the built-up waste products in your body.
This optional water treatment is $5 for a kg measure.
