Policies
Max of four adults and 1 child per tub. Not suitable for children 4 and under.
Payment is taken at the time of booking. Bookings cancelled within 12 hours of the confirmed booking time, including those that fail to arrive for their booking time, will not be eligible for a refund.
Depending on to the availability of the hot tubs, guests may reschedule their booking up to 4 hours prior to the start of their appointment without incurring a penalty. If we are unable to reschedule then our standard 12 hour cancellation policy will apply.

Refunds for cancelled reservations will incur a $10 merchant admin fee. We process refunds manually. If you cancel outside our 12 hr cancellation period please e-mail or call us to arrange a refund.
All sessions are for sixty minutes.

- Is heated to around 39 Degrees Celsius with the temperature easily adjusted by you
